How do I return my goods?

It is important to consider the following if you would like to return your order.
To return something you've bought through Klarna:
- Notify the online store that you would like to return the order and follow their instructions.
- Contact Klarna customer service department and Klarna can postpone the Pay After Delivery payment due date to allow additional time to process the return with the online store.
- When the due date is approaching, log in here to confirm the online store has registered your returned order.
